Environmental Monitoring The Cisco 10720 Internet router provides environmental monitoring to assist the user in tracking router operating temperature and humidity. Heat dissipation is not monitored. Shock and Vibration Shock and vibration tests are performed on the Cisco 10720 Internet Router. The router is tested to meet the Corporate Mechanical Design Validation and Test (MDVT) specification. Tests verify that the router operating ranges meet handling and earthquake standards.
