Spanning-Tree Commands name (mst) The name MST Configuration mode command defines the configuration name. To return to the default setting, use the no form of this command. Syntax name string Parameters • string-MST configuration name. Case-sensitive (Range: 1-32 characters). Default Configuration The default name is a bridge ID. Command Mode MST Configuration mode User Guidelines There are no user guidelines for this command. Example The following example defines the configuration name as region1.
