DES-3226S Layer 2 Fast Ethernet Switch User's Guide MAC Address Table This allows the Switch's dynamic MAC address forwarding table to be viewed. When the Switch learns an association between a MAC address and a port number, it makes an entry into its forwarding table. These entries are then used to forward packets through the Switch. To view the MAC address forwarding table, from the Address Tables folder, click the MAC Address Table link: Figure 6 - 96. MAC Address Table
This allows the Switch’s dynamic MAC address forwarding table to be viewed. When the Switch learns an association
between a MAC address and a port number, it makes an entry into its forwarding table.
These entries are then used to forward
packets through the Switch.
To view the MAC address forwarding table, from the Address Tables folder, click the MAC Address Table link:

GVRP Status
This allows the GVRP status for each of the Switch’s ports to be viewed by VLAN. The GVRP status screen displays the ports
on the Switch that are currently Egress or Untagged ports.
