Guidelines for Selecting Paper To achieve the best possible print quality, use only high-quality, copier-grade 24 lb (90 g/m2) paper. Make sure the paper is of good quality, and free of cuts, nicks, tears, spots, loose particles, dust, wrinkles, voids, and curled or bent edges. The following problems with paper can cause print quality deviations, jamming, or even damage to the printer. Table 2-1.
