Solution z See page 183 for instructions. z Make sure that paper specifications are within the recommended range (page 328). z Verify that the paper type configured in the printer control panel for Tray 4 matches the paper loaded in Tray 4 (page 92). z A tray might have been pulled out during printing. z Check cables and connectors between the tray and the printer. See page 255 for cabling configurations. z Remove and reconnect the power cord if it is not firmly plugged into the computer. z Make sure trays are correctly loaded. z Make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly and not skewed (page 92). z The power cord is not firmly plugged into both the printer and the power receptacle. Remove and reconnect the power cord. z Check cables and connectors between the tray and the printer. See page 255 for cabling configurations. Cannot access Tray 4.
