Issue The printer feeds multiple sheets or jams frequently from the main input tray or priority input tray (continued). Cause A sensor is not operating properly. Solution The chances of a sensor failing are very small. However, debris around the sensor arms may cause them to register a jam. There are only three sensors in the printer (top of page, paper width, and delivery). Check them to ensure that the sensor arms can move freely.
