CAUTION Replacing the printer pickup roller If the printer regularly misfeeds (no media feeds through) and cleaning the pickup roller does not fix it, replace the pickup roller. Failure to complete all the steps in this procedure might damage the product. 1. Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and wait for the printer to cool. 2. Replacing the printer pickup roller
If the printer regularly misfeeds (no media feeds through) and cleaning the pickup roller does
not fix it, replace the pickup roller.
CAUTION
Failure to complete all the steps in this procedure might damage the product.
1.
Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and wait for the printer to cool.
2.
Open the print cartridge door, and remove the print cartridge.
3.
Locate the pickup roller.
