Booklet Printing When Booklet Printing is selected, the following options are selected. ● Paper source: Automatically Select ● Paper sizes: Letter (This setting changes according to country/region.) ● Paper type: Unspecified ● Orientation: Portrait ● Booklet Layout: Left binding ● Print document on: Letter Factory Defaults When Factory Defaults is selected, the customizable options are unavailable, and the default options are locked in. The Factory Defaults are as follows: ● Paper source: Automatically select ● Paper sizes: Letter (This setting changes according to country/region.) ● Paper type: Unspecified ● Orientation: Portrait ● Print on both sides: No ● Pages per sheet: 1 page per sheet Create a custom printing shortcut 1. Select General Everyday Printing as a base. 2. Select the appropriate print settings on the Printing Shortcuts tab or use the settings on any of the Printing Preferences tabs. 3. On the Printing Shortcuts tab, click Save As.... The Printing Shortcuts dialog box appears.
