No action needs to be taken at this time. 2. If the problem persists, call library support. The library has detected an inconsistency in its inventory. 1. Redo the library inventory to correct inconsistency. 2. Restart the operation. Check the applications user manual or the hardware user manual for specific instructions on redoing the library inventory. A library operation has been attempted that is invalid at this time. A library cooling fan has failed. Operation to scan the barcode on a cartridge had to perform an excessive number of retries before succeeding. This flag is set when there is a problem with the barcode scanner. It is not set when a barcode label is unreadable. Inconsistent media inventory. This flag is set only when an inventory operation is required before a SCSI operation can be completed. Illegal operation detected. This flag is set anytime an illegal operation is reported over the SCSI interface. One or more fans inside the library have failed. This flag is set when one of the library fans has failed.
