Library SCSI-3 Command Set Mode Sense (6) Command (1AH) Report Count/Test Flag Number (Default set to 0) This field has a dual purpose. When the Test bit is set to 0, the value of this field in the Mode Select data represents the Report Count. This mode is not supported. When a Mode Select command is sent with the Test bit is set to one, then the value of this field in the Mode Select data represents the Test Flag Number, which is never returned in response to a Mode Sense command. Valid vales of the Test Flag Number are -64 to 64 and 32677 (0x7FFF). Negative numbers are represented using the 2's complement method. 2- 36 Chapter 2
