PS On Mode Sense, it is set to 1 and is capable of saving to non-volatile memory. On Mode Select, it is reserved and must be set to 0. Perf (Always set to 0) When this bit is set to 0, this indicates informational exception operations that can cause delays are acceptable. DExcpt (Always set to 1) When this bit is set to one, the target shall disable all information exception operations, ignoring the MRIE field.
