Library SCSI-3 Command Set Mode Select (10) Command (55H) Mode Select (10) Command (55H) The MODE SELECT (10) 55H command allows the host to specify device parameters to the target. Host should issues MODE SENSE (10) Command (5AH) prior to each MODE SELECT (55H) to determine supported pages, page lengths, and other parameters. Device servers that implement the MODE SELECT (10) Command (55H) will also implement the MODE SENSE (5AH) command. NOTE See "Mode Sense (6) Command (1AH)" on page 2-29 for a description of the Mode Sense page codes. PS = 0 for Mode Select.
