Basic operations (continued) Saving images from the memory to an MO/Zip® disk It is possible to transfer images stored in the camera's memory to an MO/Zip® drive via the SCSI terminal when in the FREEZE or PLAY mode. Use a formatted DOS/V disk. Check to make sure that dip switches 1 and 2 are set to OFF as shown in the diagram on the left. 2. Press the SEND button. The data will be sent to the MO (Zip®) disk and a WRITE TO MO (ZIP) ACCEPT FILE NAME: F70 TIF message will appear for approximately 3 seconds on the monitor connected to the MONITOR terminal. At this time an SCSI output mark will appear. MEMO • Pressing the SEND button during printing will display F70_????.TIF. For the file name, check the name displayed after saving to the disk. 3. When data is successfully written to the MO (Zip®), WRITE TO MO (ZIP) OK FILE NAME:F70 TIF will appear for approximately 3 seconds. (each Ⅺ indicates a number) 4. If data is not successfully written to the MO (Zip®), one of the following error messages will appear for approximately 3 seconds. ERROR : SCSI (check the cable) ERROR : WRITE (write error) ERROR : FORMAT (format the disk) ERROR : DISKFULL (disk is full) ERROR : DIRECTRYFULL (directory error) ERROR : READ (read error) ERROR : MO (Other MO error) ERROR : ZIP (Other ZIP error) BUFFER IS FULL : When sending more than 32 images, no. 33 and after will be displayed. ALL VIDEO MEMORY IS FULL : When the SCSI output mark is , the display is made when pressing the FREEZE button. E38
