NARROW : About 94% of the entire image's vertical and horizontal range is displayed. FULL : Almost 100% of the entire image is displayed. MEMO • When set to FULL, the display of the image at the time of FREEZE is delayed. Also, diagonal lines in the monitor image may appear jagged. • No matter which setting is selected, the resolution of the actual recorded image remains unchanged at 1360 × 1024. Used to set the level of the colour bar signal output from the MONITOR terminal of this unit. 0.7V: outputs 0.7V colour bar signals 0.58V: outputs 0.58V colour bar signals 0.7V It is possible to change the output signals to the MONITOR terminal to negative signals. ON: outputs negative signals OFF: does not output negative signals OFF Used to set whether or not a synchronizing signal should be superimposed on the green (G) channel of the video signal output through the MONITOR output terminal. OFF: Synchronizing signal not superimposed. ON: Synchronizing signal superimposed. MEMO • MENU RESET does not return this setting to default value. • Even when this setting is set to OFF, the synchronizing signal can be superimposed on the G channel by turning ON the unit while the SET button is pressed. (Released when the power is turned off.) OFF MENU RESET Initializes all menu screen settings other than the time and date and SYNC ON G item.
