To display the Configure tab in Windows 2000/XP/NT 4.0/Server 2003/Vista, right-click the"xxxxxxx
FAX" icon, and then click "Properties".
You cannot use the [Acquire Device Information] function if you are not connected to or able to
communicate with this machine.

Print Recipient File
Prints the document after the fax was sent.
