Scan to FTP Setting, Destination List

Scan to FTP Setting Register a transmission destination FTP server to the address book. Up to 10 servers can be registered. This section explains the procedure for registering the information into this machine using web browser software. The same setting can be performed on the operation panel of this machine. Destination List • Destination List (FTP) Click on this item when you want to access the registration screen of FTP server where you can register, confirm and edit data for up to 10 (No. 001 to No. 010) FTP servers. * If a registration name has already been registered for any number, it is displayed in the corresponding text box. If you click on the number of which you want to register the FTP server, the Destination Registration (FTP) screen appears. • No. The registration number is displayed here. Click on the number of which you want to register or edit data in order to access the corresponding Destination Registration (FTP) screen. • Registration Name The registered name is displayed. -IMPORTANT! BE SURE to click on the Registration button after you have completed the desired settings for the FTP server. Page 2-45
