Indicator light status Off Blinking green Solid green Solid red Indicates Printer power is off. Printer is warming up, processing data, or printing a job. Printer is on, but idle. Operator intervention is required. Press to stop or suspend all job activity. The functions as a stop button. If printing, pressing causes the Stop screen to appear on the display. Press to open the administration menus. These menus are only available when the printer is in the Ready state. Press to return to the previous screen. Note: This button is only active if screen. appears on the top left of the Model C534 only: Insert a USB flash drive to send data to the printer.
