Possible causes: • Obstructed duplex path • Defective input sensor • Faulty system card • Faulty duplex drive • Check for anything in the duplex paper path that might cause the paper to jam. This includes the paper guides in tray 1. • If clearing the paper jam does not fix the problem and the paper is fan-folded, replace the front access assembly.
