Locked Print E Enter the password using the {U} or {T} key, and then press the {q Enter} key. If you forget your password, ask your network administrator for help. Check that the file you want to print is displayed To cancel printing, press the {Escape} key. F Press the {q Enter} key. The "To print, press Escape 3 times" message appears. Then the file selection screen reappears. Note 3 ❒ When printing is completed, the stored file will be deleted. ❒ To stop printing after printing has started, press the {Job Reset} key. The file will be deleted. ❒ You can change a password after sending files to the printer. Select the file and press [Change] in the Print Job List screen. B Press the {U} or {T}key to display [Locked Print], and then press {q Enter} key. C Press the {U} or {T}key to display [Delete One File], and then press {q Enter} key. The file name and the time when the job was stored appear. Depending on the security settings, certain print jobs may not be displayed. D Press the {U} or {T}key to display the file you want to delete, and then press the {q Enter} key. The password screen appears. E Enter the password using the {U}or {T} key, and then press the {q Enter} key. If you forget your password, ask your network administrator for help. F Press Check the file you want to delete is displayed, and then press the {q Enter} key. The selected file is deleted. G Press the {On Line} key. The initial screen appears. 93
