System Menu ❖ Unit of Measure You can specify the unit of measurement in "mm" or "inch" for the custom paper size. • mm • inch Note ❒ Default value is destination dependant. ❖ Edge Smoothing • On • Off Note ❒ Default: On 4 ❖ Toner Saving • Off • On Note ❒ Default: Off ❖ Spool Printing You can select whether all of the print data is spooled to the hard disk drive before printing. • On • Off Note ❒ Default: Off ❒ Spooling stores a sent print job temporarily in the printer, and then prints it. ❒ This menu appears only when the optional hard disk is installed. ❖ Letterhead Mode You can select the letterhead printing mode. • Off • Auto Detect • On (Always) Note ❒ Default: Off 141
