Control Panel Menus Menu Configuration Press the System button on the control panel to access the following menus: Menu Default Settings Tray Settings Information Pages Billing Meters Admin Menu Panel Language Content Use this Default Settings menu to define the default Copy, Fax, and Scan settings. Use the Tray Settings menu to define the size and type of paper loaded in each tray. Use the Information Pages menu to print various types of reports and lists. Use the Billing Meters menu to display the printed paper counts on the control panel. • Phone Book Use this menu to create/delete address book entries. • Print Language Use this menu to specify PCL Settings. • Network Setup Use this menu to configure the network settings for the printer. • Fax Settings Use this menu to configure default fax settings. • System Setup Use this menu to make the system settings, such as for alarm and Power Saver mode. • Maintenance Use this menu to reset factory defaults or adjust color registration. • Secure Settings Use this menu to set printer security settings. • Admin Reports Use this menu to print various types of reports and lists regarding printer usage. • Scan To Email Use this menu to disable/enable Scan to Email functionality.
