M 420 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES A I 60,000 Miles (100,000 km) or 60 Months Maintenance Service Schedule N ❏ Change the engine oil and engine oil filter. T E ❏ Rotate tires. N ❏ Replace the engine air cleaner filter. A ❏ Inspect the brake linings; replace if necessary. N ❏ Replace the ignition cables (3.7L Engine). C ❏ Replace the spark plugs (3.7L and 5.7L Engines). E ❏ Adjust parking brake on vehicles equipped with four-wheel disc brakes. S C H E D U L E S Change the automatic transmission fluid and filter(s) if using your vehicle for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet, or frequent trailer towing. Change the transfer case fluid if using your vehicle for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet, or frequent trailer towing. Flush and replace the engine coolant at 60 months if not done at 102,000 miles (170 000 km).
