Soundbooth provides instant cut, copy, and paste functions, and on-clip editing tools such as trim, fade, and volume control. With just one click, you can quickly fix, boost, decrease, or otherwise modify audio assets to better meet production needs. (See "Editing and repairing audio" on page 31.) Fast audio cleanup Rescue audio assets that might otherwise need to be re-recorded. Use audio cleanup tools to remove the background hiss and hum from the sound of an air conditioner, rumble noise coming from the tape in a video camera, clicks and pops from a wireless microphone, and other unwanted background noises and artifacts.
