Sending and receiving messages About multimedia messages A multimedia (MMS) message is similar to a text message, but it includes an attachment, such as a photo, a video, a contact or a calendar event. While creating a text message, touch > Attach to add a multimedia attachment. The following multimedia attachments are available: • Photo/Video-a saved photo or a saved video. • Camera-a new photo or a new video. • Slideshow-a series of photographs or videos. • Audio-a saved audio recording. • Record Audio-a new audio recording. 54 • Contact-a contact you have saved in Contacts. • Calendar event-an event you have scheduled in the Calendar. Sending an MMS 1. From the application tray, touch Messaging > New Text Message. 2. Touch To. 3. Enter a recipient. 4. Touch > Attach. 5. Touch a media type. 6. Touch the file to attach. 7.
