Organising your life Organising your life You can synchronise your phone with your computer or Exchange account to keep your inbox and calendar up to date in both locations (page 91 and page 92). Using the calendar 1. From the application tray, touch Calendar. 2. Perform any of the following actions: • Touch or to change the day or the month. • Touch to add an appointment. • Touch to view the current day. The number in the circle is the current day of the month. • Touch to view your upcoming appointments. • Touch to view the daily calendar. • Touch to view the monthly calendar. The current day is circled in red. Creating an appointment 1. From the application tray, touch Calendar. 2. Touch . 3. Touch Subject. 4. Enter a subject. 5. Touch Done. 6. Touch Location. 7.
