Resolve a Displayed Message This section describes some of messages related to the toner, memory, and paper. (Where "XXXX" appears in the descriptions below, the toner cartridge colors black, yellow, magenta, or cyan appear in the actual messages.) For more details about other messages, see [Troubleshooting]  [When an Error Message Appears] in the e-Manual. Message Action • The toner cartridge needs to be replaced soon. Prepare the replacement toner cartridge (→p.87). If this message is displayed while receiving a fax, the incoming fax will be stored in the memory without being printed. Reports may not be printed, even if they are set to be printed automatically. If in is set to , however, printing will be continued, but faxes may fade or blur. • It is recommended to replace the cartridge with a new one. (→p.87).
