Delayed Sending You can use your machine to send faxes at a preset time. This feature is called Delayed sending or Timer sending. By using this feature, you can take advantage of lower long distance rates at night, for example. • You can only set this feature from the MultiPASS Suite. (→ MultiPASS Suite User's Guide) NOTE • To use this feature, your PC must be turned on and connected to the machine. • You can perform other tasks even when you have set the machine for delayed sending. Documents Stored in Memory • If there are no documents stored in memory, the machine will return to standby mode when you select NOTE MEMORY REFERENCE. Printing a List of Documents in Memory The machine can print a list of documents stored in memory, along with the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of each document. 1 Press Menu. 2 Use F or E to select MEMORY REFERENCE.
