If a Power Cut Occurs, If You Cannot Solve the Problem

Page 61 highlights

If a Power Cut Occurs If power is suddenly lost due to an outage or accidental unplugging, a built-in battery retains the user data settings and the speed dialing settings. However, any sent or received documents stored in memory will be lost. During a power cut, functions are limited as follows: • You cannot send, receive, or copy documents. • You can only use the machine to receive voice calls if you connected a telephone to your machine. • You may not be able to make telephone calls depending on your telephone. NOTE When power is restored to the machine, the machine will automatically print a list of documents that were stored in memory at the time of the power cut. 12/03/2001 15:38 FAX 123 4567 CANON 001 MEMORY CLEAR REPORT *** 8 MEMORY FILES DELETED TX/RX NO 0023 0024 MODE CONNECTION TEL/ID B'CAST TRANSMIT [ 01] Canon CANADA [ 05] Canon OPTICS COL [A 32]Canon UK PGS.
