Verify SCSI bus cabling. System halted. 1621 - Current SCSI None bus cable configuration is not recommended 1622 - Internal SCSI None Jumper Board Not Installed Probable Source of Problem I/O fan has failed Recommended Action Replace the failed fan. CPU fan has failed Replace the failed fan. Primary power supply has failed Real time clock system battery is running low on power A power supply has failed. Replace power supply as soon as possible.
