Choose Microsoft Exchange Administrator from the Microsoft Exchange menu bar. The Microsoft Exchange Administrator dialog opens: 2. In the Exchange Browser, place your cursor on Recipients and select File, New Mailbox. 3. Check the properties for the new mailbox and enter a unique alias name for the mailbox. The alias name must not be a prefix of any other mailbox. The Administrator mailbox can have "Admin" for the alias. Creating a Mailbox for the Backup Agent Service Account
To create an Exchange mailbox for the Backup Agent Service Account:
1.
Choose Microsoft Exchange Administrator from the Microsoft Exchange
menu bar.
The Microsoft Exchange Administrator dialog opens:
