Click the Configure Brick Level Agent button. Note: The Configure Brick Level Agent button is not available on Exchange Server 2007 systems. The Exchange Brick Level Agent Configuration dialog opens. 5. Complete the following fields as required for your environment: Mailbox Specify a unique name for your mailbox. A unique name is a name that does not exist in the organization as a subset of characters in another mailbox name. For example, you cannot use the name Admin, if there is a mailbox named Administrator in your organization. Service Account Specify a unique name for your Service Account. Password Specify a password. When entering the password, ensure that it meets the length, complexity, and history requirements of the domain and server you are restoring to. Confirm Password Confirm your password. Domain of Account Confirm your local domain name. 6. Place a check mark in the Create a new account check box and click Finish. CA ARCserve Backup creates the mailbox in the first database of the first storage group on the local machine. You can move this mailbox to any mailbox database on the local server. 7. When the dialog opens confirming that your account has been added as a member to the Administrators, Backup Operators, and Domain Admins groups, click Yes, and then click OK.
