Section 3 - Configuration If you select Static for the WAN Connection Type: IP Address Enter the IP address provided by your ISP. Subnet Mask Enter the subnet mask of the IP address. Default Gateway Enter the default gateway provided by your ISP. Primary DNS Enter the primary DNS server IP address assigned by your ISP. Secondary DNS Enter the secondary DNS server IP address assigned by your ISP. If you select DHCP for the WAN Connection Type: Host Name The host name is optional but may be required by some ISPs. Section 3 - Configuration
If you select Static for the WAN Connection Type:
IP Address
Enter the IP address provided by your ISP.
Subnet Mask
Enter the subnet mask of the IP address.
Default Gateway
Enter the default gateway provided by your ISP.
Primary DNS
Enter the primary DNS server IP address assigned
by your ISP.
Secondary DNS
Enter the secondary DNS server IP address assigned
by your ISP.
If you select DHCP for the WAN Connection Type:
Host Name
The host name is optional but may be required by
some ISPs. Leave it blank if you are not sure.
