1 Dell EMC PowerEdge M640 overview The Dell EMC PowerEdge M640 is a half-height server module supported on the PowerEdge VRTX enclosure and supports up to: • Two Intel Xeon scalable processors • Two 2.5-inch hard drives/SSDs • 16 DIMMs NOTE: All instances of SAS, SATA hard drives and SSDs are referred to as drives in this document, unless specified otherwise.
