Error Message Causes and Solutions Not waiting for reference Cause: CALibrate:NEXT command with a reference value was received, but the reference value is not allowed for current step. Solution: Check the parameter value and try again. Continue command ignored Cause: CALibrate:NEXT command was received, but it is not expected for current calibrate step. Solution: Check the parameter value and try again. Reading does not match reference Cause: The measured value out of range, it might be caused by wrong input signal or hardware defect. Solution: Make sure that the input signal matches the requirement. If the input signal is correct, cycle the power. If the error occurs again, contact Fluke (see Chapter 1). Timeout waiting for reading Cause: Timeout while waiting readings from inguard. Solution: Cycle the power. If the error occurs again, contact Fluke (see Chapter 1). Password missing Cause: CALibrate:ENABle command was received to unlock the calibration but ADMIN password is not provided. Solution: Make sure that ADMIN password was sent with the CALibrate:ENABle command. Wrong password Cause: CALibrate:ENABle command was received to unlock the calibration but the ADMIN password is wrong. Solution: Make sure that correct ADMIN password was sent with the CALibrate:ENABle command. Calibration locked Cause: The calibration is locked when a CALibrate command was received. Solution: Use the CALibrate:ENABle command to unlock the calibration first. Cannot get stable readings Solution 1: Check calibrator and make sure that the correct signal is being outputted from the calibrator. Solution 2: Cycle the power and run calibration again. If the error occurs again, the relay card needs serviced, contact Fluke (see Chapter 1). Anomalous error %d Cause: Unknown error occurred during the calibration procedure.
