MS Windows install Figure 3-33 Language dialog box This is the language in which the customization package will be installed. The language selected is installed on the computer regardless of the language of the text in the dialog boxes (as specified in the Language Selection dialog box earlier). The Language dialog box defaults to the language that was selected in the Language Selection dialog box, but any language that is available on the CD can be selected for the customized installer. The language selection is recorded in the response file. NOTE After installation, the language used in the driver is limited to the one that was selected in the Language dialog box during installation. Maintenance mode does not provide options for changing the language. To change the language on a system that used an Installer Customization Wizard installation, uninstall the software, and then install a new printer in order to restore the option to install other languages. Click Next to open the Printer Port dialog box. The Printer Port dialog box is shown in the following figure.
