1 OUTLINE Q3224A [5] Press Release/Stopper Release a. Trim mode When trimming of the booklet is complete, the press plate moves up and the pressurized booklet is released. At the same time, the stopper is released, allowing the booklet to convey toward the stacker. [6] Booklet Ejection Normally, the pusher plate is positioned nearer the exit tray than holder plate. The exit tray is pulled toward the pusher plate by the constant force spring. The booklet is stacked upright between the pusher plate and the exit tray by the force of this spring.
