Options for installing a 3.5 inch hard drive To install 3.5 inch hard drives, refer to the steps in this procedure. To install hard drives: 1. To install a new hard drive, you must transfer the silver and blue isolation mounting guide screws from the old hard drive to the new hard drive. Then install the drive into the drive bay. 2. You can also install a 2.5 inch hard drive into a 3.5 inch drive bay using an adapter bracket similar to the following example. Slide the 2.5 inch drive into the 3.5 inch adapter bracket. Drives 31

To install 3.5 inch hard drives, refer to the steps in this procedure.
To install hard drives:
