NOTE: Refer to Priming Guidelines for Labels and Packaging Digital Presses (CA494-23400). - Perform press baseline and maintenance. (Refer to WS6X00 - Production Excellence Routines Maintenance Checklist (CA394-14431)). - Define your substrates correctly - refer to Substrate definition (PSP) on page 18. - Define Color Calibration according to the recommended frequencies. NOTE: Refer to Recommended frequency of color calibration for HP Indigo WS6800 Digital Press (CA394-23830). - Integrate the quality control (QC) target job, and evaluate print quality and colors performances, at every start of shift (refer to PQ and color validation (PSP) on page 20). ● Document and monitor all production activities. ● Set PQ and end-user color expectations (Precision and Tolerance).
