It is recommended to use a newly defined substrate that has been properly color calibrated (as per the Baseline procedure). ● Process preparation - See Color profiling and refinement (PSP) on page 21 ● Profile creation. ● Color strategy creation. ● Color gamut pre-flight - Can I print this color on my HP Indigo press? ● Spot color refinement procedure. ● Print the Brand spot color library with the different products configurations (substrates, ink sets, varnishes, etc.). ● Standardize the job, substrate, priming, press, DFE and finishing parameters. ● If needed, perform the "out of gamut color refinement process". NOTE: For detailed description of the process refer to Color profiling and refinement on page 22 ► At the end of this process we ensure that the press is maintained, that a calibrated profile and color strategy have been created, and that fine tuning is done.
