6. Adjust the paper-length guide until it touches the edge of the stack of envelopes. 7. Check the input tray area underneath the printer. If there is paper, remove the paper. 8. Reinsert the input tray into the printer. To load cards and photo paper 1. Pull out the input tray completely. 2. If there is other paper in the input tray, remove the paper. 3. Insert the cards or photo paper print-side down in portrait orientation. Make sure the stack of paper is inserted as far inside as possible to touch the back edge of the tray.
