Fax and phone I can't enter a name or a phone number in the To: box when composing a fax. In the Message Manager window: 1 Click To: 2 Choose a name from the Address Book; or click Unlisted, and then enter a name and phone number. Fax and phone The Address Book dials the person's business phone instead of the home phone (and vice versa).
