Calibrate the touch screen pointer 1. Press Options > Advanced Options > Calibrate Screen. NOTE: Access to the Advanced Options may require the system's administrator password. 2. Follow the instructions on the screen. Calibration is done by pressing targetpoints that appear in different positions on the screen. Press the target-points until they no longer appear. 3. Press the OK button in the final dialog to confirm and conclude screen calibration. Replace the scanner glass plate Over time, the condition of the glass plate can deteriorate. Small scratches on the glass surface can reduce image quality. Call HP Support to order a new glass plate.
