Editing Log Management Options You can select how long audit log records are stored before they are cleared. You can save the records to a .CSV file before clearing them. The records are displayed in File > Open and audit the log records. 1 In the Edit menu, click Options. 2 In the Options dialog box, click Log management settings. 3 For Log storage period, select how long the log records are stored, from 5 to 90 days. 4 If you want to save the log records, select Export the log records before clearing them. Click Browse and specify the file name and location to save the file. 5 Click OK. Editing Proxy Options You can select proxy server settings to communicate with devices on remote networks. 1 In the Edit menu, click Options. 2 In the Options dialog box, click Proxy settings. 3 Next to Proxy, select On. 4 For each protocol to be used, enter the proxy address and port number. 5 If the server requires authentication, select Require authentication. Enter the User name and Password. 6 If you do not want to use a proxy server for specific domains, enter the domain names in the Do not use proxy for following domains box, separated by semicolons. 7 Click OK. 8-4 User Guide
