Using the BOX Utility 13 You can specify the size of the thumbnails from the "Thumbnail Size" sub-menu of the "View" menu. ✎ Memo To display thumbnails of PDF files, Adobe Acrobat 5.0 must be installed. Otherwise, default images are displayed. 13.7.2 Common Operations in the Main Window You can perform the operations described below in all display modes. Opening the image data file You can select a file in the list and display the image in another window. ➜ Select the file that you wish to view, and then click "Open" on the "Command" menu. The image is displayed in the image display window. For details on the operation of the image display window, refer to "Image Display Window" on page 13-13. ✎ Memo PDF files are displayed using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Opening the file using the assigned application You can open a file in the list using another application program. ➜ Select the file that you wish to view, and then click "Open With" on the "Command" menu. The application program assigned to the file name extension starts up, and the image is displayed. 13-9
