7: Setup Mode: Channel Configuration Disable or enable the XPort's ability to send the escape sequence. The default is Y (Yes) (send the escape sequence). Show IP addr after 'RING' Show IP addr after 'RING' ? Disable or enable the XPort's ability to show the IP address after RING in Modem Mode. The default is Y (Yes), to show the IP address. Auto Increment Source Port Auto increment source port (N) ? _ Y (Yes) auto increment the source port. The XPort increments the port number used with each new connection. Remote IP Address This is the destination IP address used with an outgoing connection. Remote IP Address : ( 0) ( 0) ( 0) ( 0)_ Note: This option does not display when Hostlist is enabled from the ConnectMode prompt (see Connect Mode on page 47 for more information). Remote Port You must set the remote TCP port number for the unit to make outgoing connections. This parameter defines the port number on the target host to which a connection is attempted. Remote Port ( 0) ? _ To connect an ASCII terminal to a host using the unit for login purposes, use the remote port number 23 (Internet standard port number for Telnet services). Note: This option does not display when Hostlist is enabled from the ConnectMode prompt (see Connect Mode on page 47 for more information). DisConnMode This setting determines the conditions under which the unit will cause a network connection to terminate.
