Other Call Settings TTY Mode This menu is used to activate or deactivate the Text Telephone (TTY) option for this device. ᮣ From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Call settings ➔ TTY mode. A green check mark appears. Touch TTY mode again to turn it off. HAC Mode This menu is used to activate or deactivate Hearing Aid Compatibility for this device. ᮣ From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Call settings ➔ HAC mode. A green check mark appears. Touch HAC mode again to turn it off. Call Forwarding To configure Call forwarding: ᮣ From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Call settings ➔ Call forwarding. Touch one of the following options: • Always forward: Incoming calls are re-routed to a secondary number that you specify. Type the number in the pop-up field and touch Enable. • Forward when busy: If you are on the phone, incoming calls are re-routed to your voicemail number. If desired, type a different number in the pop-up field and touch Update. • Forward when unanswered: If you miss a call, re-route it to your voicemail number. If desired, type a different number in the pop-up field and touch Update. • Forward when unreachable: If your phone is unreachable, incoming calls are re-routed to your voicemail number. If desired, type a different number in the pop-up field and touch Update. Note: To update the three forwarding options, you must first deactivate Call waiting.
