Touch to return to Alphabetic mode. Changing Languages If you have allowed more than one language in the Android keyboard settings, to change languages: 1. Touch and hold the Space key. 2. Without lifting your finger, move it to the left or right until the language you want appears in the center of the small window above the Space key. 3. Lift your finger. If you have many languages available, you may have to repeat these steps to find the language you want. Using Suggested Words To show suggested words in a strip above the Android keyboard as you type: 1. From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Locale and text ➔ Android keyboard. 2. Touch Show suggestions. A green checkmark indicates that the option is enabled. 3. Begin typing a word. A list of word options displays. Touch one of the words to replace the letters of the word that have already been typed or touch for more word choices. 47
