Volume There are multiple ways to adjust the ringer volume. ᮣ From a Home screen, press the Down Volume key. - or - From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Sound ➔ Volume. Touch and drag the sliders to set: • Ringtone: Adjust the sound for the incoming calls. • Media: Playback of music, videos and other multimedia content. • Alarm: Adjust the volume of alarms. • System volume: Sets the volume levels for feedback and also controls sound when you power the phone on or off. • Notification: Sets the volume levels for notifications. Note: You can only set volume when Silent mode is disabled. Phone Ringtone This option allows you to set the ringtone. 1. From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Sound. 2. Touch Phone ringtone. 3. Touch a ringtone and touch OK. Notification Ringtone This option allows you to set the ringtone that sounds for notifications. 1. From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Sound. 2. Touch Notification ringtone. 3. Touch a ringtone and touch OK. Feedback These options allow you to enable tones to play when you use the dialing pad, touch screen items, or lock and unlock the screen. 1. From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ Settings ➔ Sound. 2. Touch Audible touch tones, Audible selection, or Screen lock sounds. When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box.
