Page 98 highlights

My Files Music files, photo files, video files, and so on, are saved on your memory card. These files are kept in folders. Use the My Files app to manage and view the folders and files on your microSD card. Note: If you have not installed a memory card, opening My Files causes a message to display: Your phone does not have SD card inserted. For more information, refer to "Installing a Memory Card" on page 7. 1. From a Home screen, touch Applications ➔ My Files . The My Files home screen displays. 93 Some folders of special interest are: • Android: Stores files that are used in Android applications. • bluetooth: Stores files sent by a Bluetooth device. • DCIM: Contains Camera, which is the default folder for photos and videos taken by the device. For more information, refer to "Camera" on page 82. • Music: Contains music files and album information. For more information, refer to "Music" on page 77. Tip: Touch the screen and sweep upward to view additional folders such as the Music folder. 2. Touch Home, while viewing a subfolder, to display the My Files home screen. 3. Touch Up to display the parent folder of the folder being displayed. 4. Touch and hold a folder name to display the following options: • Delete: Delete the selected folder and all its contents. • Move: Move the selected folder and its contents to an existing folder or a new folder. Touch Create folder to create a new folder. • Copy: Copy the selected folder and its contents to an existing folder or a new folder. Touch Create folder to create a new folder.
