Safe use of oven racks For your safety, follow these recommendations on how to use the oven racks correctly. CAUTION Risk of burns! The oven racks and the oven cavity surfaces become very hot during cooking. ▶ Place oven racks in the desired positions before turning oven on. ▶ Always use oven mitts when the oven is warm. ▶ If a rack must be moved while the oven is hot, do not let oven mitts contact hot heating elements. ▶ Use caution when removing oven racks from the lowest rack position to avoid contact with the hot oven door. CAUTION Risk of injury! To avoid possible injury or damage to the appliance, ensure rack is installed exactly per installation instructions and not backwards or upside down. Inserting the wire rack Requirement: You have read the recommendation on → "Safe use of oven racks", Page 15. 1. Grasp the rack firmly on both sides. 2.
